Why you can't just call us
Mangomint does not have a public phone number. But that doesn't mean we don't talk to you on the phone or offer instant help. Far from it!
Sometimes people are surprised to learn that we don't just put a phone number on our website.
It's surprising to them because we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. If you ask anybody what they like most about Mangomint, our service & support is always among the top things.
So why is it then that you can only get in touch with us through chat messaging?
The answer is simple: it's a MUCH better experience for you, in every way.
To be clear: we may end up talking with you on the phone anyway, we just require that it starts with a chat.
Let me explain... have you ever had to call your cable company?
Exactly.
It's terrible not because cable companies are inherently evil (although maybe some of them are 🤔), but rather because when you call, there's a total lack of context.
You'll talk to somebody different every time, who doesn't know anything about you, what your situation is, and often times is also not the best person to help you.
So instead, when you start a chat with us:
we can see who you are and what company you're with
we can take a look at your Mangomint account and how it is setup
we can triage your question and make sure that the best person on our team is going to help you
if needed, we can easily do a screenshare and look at the software together with you
9 out of 10 times this is enough to provide you a fast and effective answer.
If that's not possible however, we can always give you a call. Only then it's gonna be much more pleasant for you because we can skip all the stuff that you normally have to go through and you don't need to wait to be connected to the right person on our team.
