If Client Account Balances is enabled for your account, the following Client Account Balances reports are available in the Reports app.

Client Account Balances reports can help you track account balance usage, current account balances, and more.

Client Account Usage Report

The Client Account Usage report includes account balance usage details such as sale # and client name.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Client Account Usage report.

Column

Description

Date

The date the account balance was used.

Sale #

The sale where the account balance was used.

Client

The client whose account balance was used.

Amount

The amount of the account balance that was used. Negative amounts include payments that were refunded or reversed to the client account balance.
