Client Portal
The client portal allows clients to:
Book new appointments
View and manage their upcoming appointments
Manage their memberships, including canceling their membership and updating their membership payment method
Learn how to customize the client portal by adding your company logo and brand color.
The Call, Email, and Website buttons in the client portal will display once you have entered the following business information:
Go to Apps > Settings > Business Setup > Locations and enter a Contact phone and Contact email for your first location.
Go to Apps > Settings > Business Setup > Business Details and enter a Website address.

Clients can access their unique client portal from their automated messages, as shown below. Clients do not need a username or password to access the client portal.
