Client Portal
The client portal allows clients to book new appointments and view, reschedule, or cancel upcoming appointments.
Clients can also view and manage their memberships in the client portal, including updating their membership payment method or canceling their membership.

The client portal can be customized with your company logo and brand color.
The Call, Email, and Website buttons in the client portal will display once the following business information has been entered:
Go to Apps > Settings > Business Setup > Locations and enter a Contact phone and Contact email for your first location.
Go to Apps > Settings > Business Setup > Business Details and enter a Website address.

Clients can access their client portal from their automated messages, as shown below. Clients do not need a username or password to access their client portal.
