Can I use an offer to reward loyal clients (rewards program)?

Yes, you can use an offer to reward loyal clients.

For example, to reward clients with a free service or product, simply select the service or product in the offer and set the discount to 100%.

The Flows app includes a pre-built flow that you can use as a loyalty program. In this flow, you can send clients an offer code as a reward after they complete a certain number of appointments.

How are deposits/pre-payments affected by offers?

Deposits/pre-payments are not affected by offers and cannot be discounted.

How are offers reflected in reports?

The Reports app includes the Offers Usage and Offers Summary reports.

  • The Offers Usage report includes usage details such as sale #, usage date, and applied discount amount.

  • The Offers Summary report includes details such as which offers have been used, how many times an offer has been used, etc.

When offers are used, the discount amount will be reflected in the Adjustments column of your sales reports.

What if a client has a membership or package that includes discounted services/products? Can an offer still be used?

If a client has a membership or package that includes discounted services/products, an offer can still be used during checkout.

If the membership includes a 10% discount on services, but the offer includes a 15% discount on services, the offer discount will be used.

A membership and an offer can also be applied to the same line item. For example, if a client receives a haircut for the membership price of $50 ($60 for non-members), a $5 offer can still be applied to the membership price so the client receives the service for $45.

Can I create an entire sale offer that discounts the sale total by a percentage?

No, entire sale discounts does not support percent discounts (e.g. 15% off entire sale). Instead, you can create an entire sale discount that offers a dollar-amount deduction from the sale total (e.g. $20 off entire sale).
