Flow Message Pricing
You will need marketing credits to send emails and text messages via a flow. Learn more about marketing credit pricing.
Flow emails require 5 marketing credits each time the email is sent. This number of marketing credits will not change based on the email content.
Flow text messages start at 10 marketing credits each time the text is sent. This number of marketing credits will increase (in increments of 5) based on the length of the text message.
If you are running low on marketing credits and you have active flows that require credits, you will receive an email notification if you’re the billing user for your account.
If you run out of marketing credits and you have an active flow that requires credits, emails and texts in that flow will not be sent.

Flow text messages require marketing credits based on the number of message segments included in the text message.
The more message segments your text message includes, the more marketing credits will be required.

The type of text message will determine how many characters are included per message segment. If the text message includes merge tags, each merge tag counts as 15 characters.
