Gift Card Reports

If the Gift Cards feature is enabled for your account, the following Gift Card reports are available on the Reports screen.

Gift Card reports can help you track the number of gift cards sold, outstanding gift card balances, and more.

Gift Card Usage Report

The Gift Card Usage report includes gift card usage details, including reversed gift card payments.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Gift Card Usage report.

Column

Description

Date

The date the gift card was used.

Sale #

The sale where the gift card was used.

Gift Card #

The gift card number.

Amount

The amount of the gift card that was used.

Service Staff Member(s)

The staff member who completed the service.

Gift Card Balances Report

The Gift Card Balances report includes outstanding gift card balances at the end of the selected day. Download the Excel report to see any notes added for each gift card.

When a gift card payment is reversed, the updated gift card balance appears in this report immediately.

The gift card number.

Purchaser

The client who purchased the gift card.

Owner

The client who owns the gift card.

Amount

The gift card balance.

Gift Card Sales Report

The Gift Card Sales report includes quantities and sales totals of gift cards.

The adjustments that were made to the default price during checkout.
