Staff Compensation

Mangomint can automatically calculate staff compensation for a given payroll period. Our Payroll Processing app also makes it easy to run your payroll and pay your workers through Mangomint.

We support different compensation methods, including:

  • Basic Service Commission (e.g. 40% of services performed)

  • Sliding Scale Service Commission (e.g. 20% for up to $1,000 of services performed and 25% for anything over)

  • Product Commission (e.g. 10% of product sales)

  • Hourly Compensation (e.g. $20 per hour)

  • Salary Compensation (e.g. $60,000 per year)
