Setting Your Cancellation Policy

With Mangomint, you have complete control over your cancellation policy. Setting a clear cancellation policy is important to help prevent no-shows and help protect you if clients have late cancellations.

Once you add your cancellation policy, it will be included in various emails, text messages, and other locations such as online booking.

Setting your cancellation policy

To set your cancellation policy, open the Settings app and select Calendar & Appointments > Cancellations. Select Edit.

Enter your cancellation policy and select Save.
