Packages Reports

If the Packages feature is enabled for your account, the following Packages reports are available on the Reports screen.

Packages reports can help you track package usage, outstanding package credits, and more.

Package Usage Report

The Package Usage report includes package usage details.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Package Usage report.

Column

Description

Date

The date the package was used.

Sale #

The sale where the package was used.

Client

The client who used the package.

Package

The name of the package.

Service

The service for which the package was used.

Value

The value of the applied package.

Outstanding Packages Report

The Outstanding Packages report includes outstanding package credits as of today.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Outstanding Packages report.

Package

The name of the package.

Purchase Date

The date the package was purchased.

Client

The client who purchased the package.

Email

The client’s email address.

Phone

The client’s phone number.

Remaining

The number of remaining services in the package.

Amount

The value of the remaining services in the package.

Package Sales Report

The Package Sales report includes quantities and sales totals of packages.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Package Sales report.

Name

The name of the package.

# Packages

The number of packages sold.

Adjustments

The adjustments that were made to the default price during checkout.

Taxes

The amount of tax that was collected.

Sales

The package sales total.

Package Sales Details Report

The Package Sales Details report includes details for each package sale. Download the Excel report to see client emails.
