Refunding a Deposit to a Gift Card

Refunding a deposit to a gift card is helpful if you need to quickly transfer/move a deposit from one appointment to another.

To refund a deposit to a gift card, select the appointment with the deposit.

Select Continue Checkout from the "..." menu.

Select the back button.

Delete all of the appointment services.

Select More > Gift Card.

Add a gift card for the same amount as the deposit.

The remaining balance of the checkout should be $0. Select Complete to complete the checkout.

A gift card will be created for the same amount as the deposit. You can use the gift card as needed, such as applying the gift card to a different appointment.
