Sales Reports
This article covers the Sales reports available on the Reports screen.
Sales reports can help you track service sales, product sales, service customizations, and more.
Sales reports include all closed sales with a sale date in the selected time period. The sale date may be different than the date the sale was closed if you:
Manually change the sale date after the sale is closed
Require a full payment in online booking and close the sale on a later date. The sale date is the date the sale was closed, not the date the full payment was collected in online booking.
Sales Summary Report
The Sales Summary report includes quantities and sales totals of services and products for each day.
Gift card, package, and membership sales are considered deferred revenue. They will not appear in the Sales Summary report until the gift card, package, or membership is redeemed.
The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Sales Summary report.
Column | Description |

Date | The sale date. |
# Sales | The number of closed sales. |
# Services | The number of completed services. |
Service Sales | The service sales total. Includes the value of applied packages and memberships. |
# Products | The number of products sold. |
Product Sales | The product sales total. |
Net Total | The combined total of the Service Sales and Product Sales columns. |
Taxes | The amount of tax that was collected. Includes tax for services, products, packages, and memberships. |
Tips | The amount of tips received. Does not include unassigned tips. |
Gross Total | The combined total of the Net Total, Taxes, and Tips columns. |
Service Sales Report
The Service Sales report includes quantities and sales totals of services. Enable the Include service customization details toggle to view the specific service customizations that were sold.

Column | Description |

Service Category/Service | The service that was completed. |
# Services | The number of completed services. |
Adjustments | The adjustments that were made to the default price during checkout. |
# Customizations | The number of service customizations that were included. |
# Customization Total | The service customizations total. |
Applied Packages | The value of applied packages and memberships. |
Taxes | The amount of tax that was collected. |
Sales | The sales total. Includes the value of applied packages and memberships. |
Customization/Service | The name of the service and service customization. |
# Count | The number of times the service customization was selected. |
Total Amount | The service customization total. |
Product Sales Report
The Product Sales report includes quantities and sales totals of products. Download the Excel report to see additional details including client information and staff member.

Column | Description |

Product Category/Product | The name of the product category and product. |
Brand/Product | The name of the product brand and product. |
# Products | The number of products sold. |
Adjustments | The adjustments that were made to the default price during checkout. |
Taxes | The amount of tax that was collected. |
Sales | The sales total. |
Sales by Time Period Report
The Sales by Time Period report includes service and product sales totals grouped by day, week, or month for the selected time period and locations.

Column | Description |

Date | The sales time period. |
Total | If you have one location, this column includes the sales total. |
