Using Form Responses with Flows
You can customize your automated flows using form responses.
Include form responses in messages: Include a form response in a flow message by using a merge tag. For example, if a client submits feedback on a form, send the feedback to an internal email address.
Set up a time delay based on the form response: Set up a time delay in a flow based on the form response. For example, if a staff member selected 6 weeks on a client’s appointment summary form, send the client a rebooking reminder in six weeks.
Send different messages based on the form response: Send different flow messages based on the form response by using a filter. For example, if a staff member selected Texture on a client’s skincare consultation form, send the client product recommendations for treating uneven skin texture. If the staff member selected Inflammation, send the client product recommendations for treating skin inflammation.
